Our May Make + Take has been SUPER-SIZED! Join us for the Super SONIC Make + Take: 1-4 p.m. Saturday, May 14, on the site of our future arts campus, NW 11th and Broadway. In honor of new-media exhibit In One Ear, playing at the Showroom, we’ll be combing light, sound and music for a kaleidoscope of fun. Outdoor activities for the whole family includes a variety of individual art projects, from sun prints and stamped windsocks to paper tambourines. Stop by the Showroom to dance and mug your way into In One Ear; pair up to work collaboratively on figure paintings and chalk art; and snow cones, face painters and a DJ will keep things festive. Celebrate the joy of spring, community and, above all, creativity. All activities are FREE, all ages are welcome and all art will be appreciated. Big thanks to our sponsor, Sonic America’s Drive-In.
