Benefit concert for mural going up in Oakland at Grand & Magnolia. Muralist is world-reknowned @ChorBoogie01. Concert features the hypnotic muti-instrumental sound of Bolo with “music that will move, uplift and transport” as well as the Fireside’s own Larrie Noble Sr. on jazz guitar and vocals (Larrie’s voice is the the voice of an angel).

100% of proceeds will go to the mural project.

Line-Up

  • 7PM Doors open with Bernie songs and talk by muralists, live painting
  • 8PM Phreethinker, Larrie Noble Sr on jazz guitar and vocals
  • 8:45PM Chelle and Friends, New Orleans band
  • 9PM Bolo, African sourced grooves with sacred folk songs
  • 11PM TBA

There will also be original Bernie Sanders songs performed live, including “Don’t Worry – We’ve Got Bernie” by Rachel Chevat covered by Valerie Jay.

Artists coordinating the mural project will give a talk and be on hand to answer questions.
