Week 1 | May 30 – June 2 (four-day week) | Jonas Wood

American painter and printmaker Jonas Wood’s distinct style utilizes color, shape and patterns to create detailed 2-D settings. He frequently portrays landscapes, sports events and domestic interiors. Whole Foods Market will provide free healthy snacks for all summer camps.

Grades K-1 | Paint Til You Drop! | Annie Doan

Drop everything and paint! Join us as we explore the work of contemporary artist Jonas Wood, best known for combining history and memories into his art. In this camp, young artists will discover a variety of techniques while creating bold and colorful masterpieces with paint, watercolors, paper and more.

Grades 2-4 | Printmaking Magic | Aimee Ballenger

Relief printing, monoprints and stamping! In this camp, students will make imaginative cards and decorated paper. Their fun and funky art cards can be used to show off and mail to family and friends throughout the year!

Grades 5-6 | Point of View | John Cargal

This wonderful week of creations is designed for older artists as they celebrate the works of featured artist Jonas Wood. Campers will use watercolor, acrylic paint and oil pastels to create pointillism, sculpture and printmaking artworks.
