NOTICE | COVID-19 VACCINATION
All audience members, staff and artists must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Prior to entering the SFJAZZ Center, you will be asked to provide proof of vaccination through a QR code generated by a Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record website, or an original physical vaccination card or photograph of it.
Vaccines are now available for children ages 5–11, and fully vaccinated children are welcome at the SFJAZZ Center two weeks after they have received their final dose. Proof of vaccination is REQUIRED, however photo ID for children under 12 is not needed as long as they are accompanied by fully vaccinated parents/guardians with valid photo ID. Children under the age of 5, for whom there is no currently available vaccine, are not permitted to enter the SFJAZZ Center regardless of the vaccination status of their guardian.
