Chicago-based writer and artist Anna Martine Whitehead performs “Future Supper,” a public reading and meal presented as part of the For Freedoms platform for civic engagement and discourse that uses art to encourage and deepen public explorations of freedom in the 21st-century. “Future Supper” is an opportunity for protected political education and consciousness-raising through art, food, and conversation.

The event is open to the public. People of color visiting the Museum are encouraged to partake in the meal. Registration recommended for this special Lunchtime Lecture performance. Lunchtime Lecture programs are free with Museum admission.
