In a fun and moving exploration of ~what can museums become~, the University of Iowa Department of Dance presents MAMMAL HALL: a wandering, dance-theater adventure performance uniquely guided through prerecorded audio tours for small audiences designed especially for the University of Iowa Museum of Natural History.

A plié at the intersections of nature, history, past and present, movement and sound, MAMMAL HALL brings our attention to what we see and how we see. We invite guests to one of four performances. Performances are approximately 30 minutes. Appropriate for all ages. Tickets are free, but space is limited. RSVP required.

Bring a personal device with headphones to enjoy the audio experience. A small number of MP3 players will be available for those unable to provide their own.

Support for this event was provided by the University of Iowa Division of Performing Arts. Special thanks to Pentacrest Museums.
