Tim DeCillis was born and raised in Rochester, NY, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in music performance from the State University of New York at Fredonia, a Master’s Degree in Jazz Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he also worked as a part time instructor, teaching lecture courses and private lessons later moving to Chicago, where he performed with, among others, Frank Rosaly, Nu Directions Chamber Brass, the Jarvis Raymond Trio, Lionel O, and Project Film. Since relocating to Oakland in 2014 he has begun to forge working relationships with many members of the vibrant Bay Area music scene, including Ryan Pate, Crystal Pascucci, Eli Wallace, Mark Clifford, and Jonah Udall, and explores his compositions as the leader of the group Harbinger, featuring Safa Shokrai, Theo Padouvas, Cory Wright, and Alex Cohen.

Hamir Atwal is a drummer composer based near Berkeley. He is a Berklee College of Music graduate who has taught at Music Academy International, Stanford University, the Stanford Jazz Workshop, the JazzSchool, CSU-Stanislaus, and Santa Rosa Junior College. Hamir is an active endorser of DREAM Cymbals. He has performed with such acts as the Glimpse Trio, tUneyArDs, Michael Coleman, the Ben Goldberg School, and was a part of his own percussion group entitled CavityFang. He has played in such notable venues such as the Hollywood Bowl, the Village Vanguard, Nancy Jazz Pulsations, and the Monterey Jazz Festival. He can regularly be heard throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ori Barel’s music explores various fields including electronic music, chamber music, works for solo instruments and electronics and orchestral music. His chamber music has been performed by The Formalist Quartet, Kobayachi Trio and The Ear Unit in venues such as MOSA series (New York), Redcat Lounge (Los Angeles), Ballhaus (Berlin), Santandler Festival (Spain) and Beyond Baroque (Los Angeles). He has performed his electronic pieces at various venues and festivals including: ICMC, Redcat, Soundwalk Festival, Center For New Music (San Francisco), and Cemec Festival in Stanford University.
