Peonies in a Vase
Lauren Morris will guide you on how to paint the loose shapes of peonies while using acrylics to create colour, mixing of paints and dimension. Peonies are her favourite flower and she will teach you a step by step guide in order for you to create a vase of flowers in your own unique style.
No previous experience necessary!
Materials:
Students are expected to provide their own supplies in order to participate.
- 9″x12″ Canvas
- Acrylic Paints (Liquitex or any student brand): Ultramarine Blue, Titanium white, Magenta, Bright Aqua Green, Hookers Green, Light Portrait Pink, Paynes Grey, Cadmium Yellow medium
- Brushes: 1 x (no 8 round edge), 1 x 1/4 Pointed edge, 1 x 3/4 flat brush
- Paper towel
- Palette
- Varnish
