Join us in celebrating the “Double Vision” duo exhibition in a VIP and socially distant setting on Friday, Feb. 5, 4-8 PM at Voss Gallery!

Voss Gallery presents our second VIP Collectors event… Enjoy the first view of the “Double Vision” duo exhibition in an elevated and fun environment. Reserve your ticket to dance to the tunes of DJ Duserock while walking the red carpet and viewing New Contemporary work by Tim Irani and Neddie Bakula—in addition to a curated selection of regional artists in the gallery’s lower level space [The Down Low].

Only 12 timed tickets are available for purchase at $35; each ticket reserves a 20 minute private viewing for up to four guests. Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.

Ticket purchase also includes:

  • $35 towards any art purchase above $50
  • A handwritten thank you from the gallery owner/director
  • A signature Voss Collector tote bag
  • Advance notice of upcoming VIP events
  • Complimentary beverage for guests to enjoy outside while watching urban artist, Steve Javiel live paint

Photography provided by Amy Tam Co. Photographs will be available to download from our website after the event. This unique experience is complete with an opportunity to mingle with local artists (in a COVID-friendly fashion) while they live paint throughout the evening. Join us in raising a glass in celebration of emerging artists!

Face coverings are required and social distancing is enforced. We are closely following the situation with COVID-19 via the CDC and SF Department of Public Health and will share any updates on our website, newsletter, and social media channels. Please contact us at info@vossgallery.art and (415) 234-3691 for any questions or additional information.

Tim Irani (b. Orange County, CA, 1989) received his degree in Architecture from the University of San Francisco before working as a mobile app interface designer. These skills, along with a strong interest in the sciences, inform his artistic practice which contains visual elements of computer-generated imagery and pop art. Irani’s post-analog art showcases a playfully distorted environment where technology and the natural world coexist in careful balance. Irani lives and works in Los Angeles.

Neddie Bakula (b. Pittsburgh, PA, 1988) is a self-taught artist based in Auburn, CA. His work seemingly allows a geometric escape from time. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Bakula explored his urban environment in search for solitude and separation from the ‘usual—translated in his work by use of pathways, windows, and doorways in a psychedelic diversion of ‘now.’

Voss Gallery is an art gallery in San Francisco’s Mission District established in 2019 by Ashley L. Voss. The gallery features a dynamic exhibition program of work by emerging and mid-career artists in both solo and thematically organized group shows with an emphasis in New Contemporary work with a technical edge. Voss Gallery prides itself for its unique commitment to fostering community and establishing relationships with local artists and young collectors. New exhibitions are presented approximately every three-to-four weeks.
