Faun Fables are uncommonly great project of the Bay Area musicians Dawn McCarthy and Nils Frykdahl, both known for their involvement in projects of Bonnie Prince Billy and Sleepytime Gorilla Museum.
Kråkeslott festival is an annual event marked by enthusiasm and joy that aims to fill Kråkeslottet with quality music from as many genres and so give people in Troms an opportunity for unforgettable musical experiences and close encounters with great musicians in a spectacular setting.
It is played in a former fish processing plant on an islet with the horizon as the next stop. In Skipper sitting room, inside the wharf, Bryggeloftet and out in Bua. In Salt Room is the cafe and in Ishuset kitchen. In the main concert hall has room for 100. At the very least there is room for 25. The festival is the first weekend in June and lasts from Friday to Sunday. It took place the first time in 2004.
